Delivery information for Angeno Business Solutions AB's Webshop (absshop.se)

Welcome to our delivery information page! Here we explain the different delivery options you can choose from when you shop with us at absshop.se. We strive to offer flexible and reliable delivery services for all our customers.

Delivery options:

1. Standard delivery to Companies:

Delivery takes place within 1-2 working days to company addresses within Sweden.
For addresses in remote areas, the delivery time may be longer.
Packages up to 35 kg are delivered directly to your specified business address during office hours (07:00-17:00).
Please note: No delivery notification takes place before delivery.
2. Express delivery:

Available for the Stockholm area by courier.
3. Delivery to Agent:

Sent to your nearest DHL representative within 1-2 working days.
Notification takes place via SMS, e-mail or letter when the package is ready for collection.
4. Home delivery:

A flexible option where you choose the delivery date and time window via DHL services.
Notification takes place via SMS or e-mail.
Packages are received in person between 07:00 and 17:00.
5. Electronic Delivery:

For downloadable products and licenses, delivery takes place electronically via e-mail.
Download links can be sent within 30 minutes of purchase.
Licenses are shipped within 24 hours to 5 days, depending on product type.
6. Pallet delivery to companies:

For larger shipments over 35 kg or bulky goods.
Delivered to the street address or loading dock at the specified business address.
One delivery attempt is included. In case of absence, contact DHL for a new delivery attempt or collection.
In the event of a new delivery attempt, costs from DHL will be added.
Delivery abroad:

For deliveries outside Sweden, please contact our customer service at info@absshop.se for information on possibilities and costs.
