General Terms and Conditions for Angeno Business Solutions AB

1. Introduction These General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the purchase of goods and services from Angeno Business Solutions AB ("Angeno"), registration number 556760-3377, via the website absshop.se or direct contact with the company. The conditions are thus applied to Angeno's sales, installation, service and support of plastic card and entrance security solutions, as well as all other products and services offered.

2. Order and Order Confirmation Orders for products and services can be made via Angeno's webshop (absshop.se) or via direct contact with Angeno. An order is considered binding when Angeno has sent an order confirmation to the customer.

3. Prices and Payment Prices are stated on the website absshop.se and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated. Angeno reserves the right to adjust prices based on market changes and cost changes beyond Angeno's control. Payment is made through the payment options offered on the website or as agreed upon when ordering directly.

4. Delivery Delivery of products and services takes place according to the delivery conditions specified in the order confirmation. Angeno is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond Angeno's control.

5. Right of cancellation and returns The customer has the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided that the product is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for the return cost.

6. Warranty and Complaints Angeno provides a warranty for sold goods in accordance with current legislation and the manufacturers' warranty conditions. Complaints about a faulty product or service must be notified to Angeno as soon as possible after the fault has been discovered.

7. Limitation of liability Angeno is not responsible for indirect damages that may arise as a result of the use of products or services. Angeno's liability is limited to the direct damages and to the price the customer paid for the relevant product or service.

8. Dispute resolution Any disputes that arise in connection with these Terms and Conditions must first be resolved through consultation between the parties. If agreement cannot be reached, the dispute must be settled according to Swedish law at the Stockholm District Court.

9. Change of Terms Angeno reserves the right to make changes to these General Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version is always available on the absshop.se website.
